Boys being boys in the forest...

Kids don’t need much, you just have to give them the opportunity to get out and use their creativity to make up their own games and they will do the rest.

These boys played together for so long out in the wood. They were super hero’s chasing ghost away from us and cooking us all sort of delicious rain forest meals...

What did we do? We just let it happen and watch them play!

Does having children stopped you from doing what you love to do?

It sure didn’t stop me... I’ve even started to get into new sports since having children...

They tag along with everything we do and they absolutely love it!

Yes it can be more challenging sometimes to bring your little ones at the crag when you want to get out climbing but it’s totally doable!

All you need is a few climbing partners that are patient with children and your set! 😉

Oh and having lots of climbing gear to make trains with at the crag is a lot of fun too. Good luck putting everything back together mom...

Old man’s beard...

🌲I’ve gotta say pretty much every time we head out for a walk in the rain forest, I see this little guy with some moss on his head or under his nose...

🌱He also loves to bring back forest treasures back home. We actually have a big bucket by the door with lots and lots of sticks and rocks and bark.... pretty much anything that he can carry back home, he will... does that sound familiar?

🍁But what do to with all of these treasures?

Is there anything cooler than trains in the middle of the forest?

Today’s adventure brought us to the Whistler train wreck! A colourful place that is kind of an obstacle course, especially when you’re only 3 feet high!

The kids sure had a lot of fun checking out the graffitis on each trains... What can you find on this wall?
